·Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to prevent moisture from accumulating between the packaging and the product, which can cause stains that are difficult to remove.

·Clean the outside of the pond annually by spraying off the dirt with clean tap water and then treating it with a cleaning agent. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner and/or scouring pad. This will damage the coating.

·Limescale deposits can be removed with the ADEZZ Descaler BIO.

·Lower the water level to at least 10 cm below the edge.

·We recommend an ice-preventing device (available in any garden center or hardware store).

·The pump can remain in the water if the above conditions are met. Of course, you can also take the pump out of the water and leave it in a frost-free place over the winter.
