·Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to prevent moisture from accumulating between the packaging and the product. This can lead to uneven rust spots.

·The products come without a layer of rust. The rusting process on Corten steel takes about 4-5 months, depending on the weather conditions.

·Rust can be removed by applying Owatrol. This is a penetrating rust inhibitor that forms a protective layer against rust. Owatrol protects and prevents the Corten steel from discolouring.

·During the rusting process, rust water can be released from the product.

·The pH value of the water should be neutral (7) so that the material is not attacked.

·Clean the product annually by spraying off coarse dirt with tap water.

·We advise against using Corten steel within 2 km of the coast.

use in winter

·Always unplug the appliance when it is freezing.

·Lower the water level to at least 10 cm below the edge.

·We recommend an ice-preventing device (available in any garden center or hardware store).

·The pump can remain in the water if the above conditions are met. Of course, you can also take the pump out of the water and leave it in a frost-free place over the winter.

DANGER: For products that cannot be unloaded over the rear tail lift of the truck due to their length, the customer must unload the pallet themselves over the side wall of the truck upon delivery using their own forklift truck!
