·Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to prevent moisture from accumulating between the packaging and the product. This can lead to uneven rust spots.

·The products come without a layer of rust. The rusting process on Corten steel takes about 4-5 months, depending on the weather conditions.

·Rust can be removed by applying Owatrol. This is a penetrating rust inhibitor that forms a protective layer against rust. Owatrol protects and prevents the Corten steel from discolouring.

·During the rusting process, rust water can be released from the product.

·The pH value of the water should be neutral (7) so that the material is not attacked.

·Clean the product annually by spraying off coarse dirt with tap water.

·We advise against using Corten steel within 2 km of the coast.

use in winter

·Always unplug the appliance when it is freezing.

·Lower the water level to at least 10 cm below the edge.

·We recommend an ice-preventing device (available in any garden center or hardware store).

·The pump can remain in the water if the above conditions are met. Of course, you can also take the pump out of the water and leave it in a frost-free place over the winter.

DANGER: For products that cannot be unloaded over the rear tail lift of the truck due to their length, the customer must unload the pallet themselves over the side wall of the truck upon delivery using their own forklift truck!

Calming and atmospheric: The pond wall made of Corten steel is the perfect addition to the garden. The pond wall is suitable for freestanding or fixed installation on the Adezz ponds. This makes the pond an even more dynamic part of the garden. We have pond walls with a mailbox waterfall or with three pipes from which the water flows. So there is the right wall for every pond and garden!

The color of Corten steel is orange-brown and is caused by a natural layer of rust. Another name for Corten steel is weatherproof steel: weather conditions have a positive influence on this material.

Corten steel is a metal alloy made of iron with added copper, phosphorus, silicon, nickel and chromium. When the material is exposed to the outside air, it becomes covered with a protective layer of rust over time. This natural layer of rust provides protection against further corrosion. This means that the pond walls have a long service life.
