Plastic components are made by rotational moulding using polyethylene or by injection moulding glass-fibre-reinforced polypropylene, while aluminium frames are finished with baked-on epoxy paint. Vondom also works with ash, iroko and teak, HPL and concrete. The collections have been designed by Karim Rashid, Ross Lovegrove and Eugeni Quitllet.
