Beschreibung

Die kräftige und in einem warmen Farbton gestaltete Wand aus Cortenstahl ist eine perfekte Ergänzung für jeden Garten. Die Wand schafft nämlich ein wenig mehr Struktur. Die Wand kann auch zur Schaffung einer windgeschützten Ecke oder für mehr Privatsphäre genutzt werden. Das hohle Design ermöglicht die einfache Montage von Zubehör, wie beispielsweise Beleuchtung. Achten Sie darauf, die Wand im Boden zu verankern.

Die Farbe des Materials ist orange-braun und verleiht der Wand ein warmes und kraftvolles Aussehen. Diese Farbe entsteht durch eine natürliche Rostschicht. Ein anderer Name für Cortenstahl ist wetterfester Stahl: Witterungsbedingungen haben nämlich einen positiven Einfluss auf diese Wand.

Cortenstahl ist eine Metalllegierung, die aus Eisen besteht, dem Kupfer, Phosphor, Silizium, Nickel und Chrom zugesetzt sind. Wenn das Material der Außenluft ausgesetzt wird, überzieht es sich im Laufe der Zeit mit einer schützenden Rostschicht. Diese natürliche Rostschicht bildet den Schutz vor weiterer Korrosion. Dadurch hat die Wand eine lange Lebensdauer.

  • Hinweise:

· Die Produkte sollten sofort nach Erhalt ausgepackt werden, damit sich keine Feuchtigkeit zwischen der Verpackung und dem Produkt sammelt. Das kann zu ungleichmäßigen Rostflecken führen.

· Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Wand gut im oder auf dem Untergrund befestigt ist. Die Wände haben an der Unterseite auf beiden Seiten einen umlaufenden Rand von ca. 5 cm zur Befestigung auf einem festen Untergrund.

· Die Produkte kommen ohne Rostschicht. Der Rostvorgang auf Cortenstahl dauert je nach Witterungsbedingungen etwa 4-5 Monate.

· Die Rostschicht kann durch Auftragen von Owatrol versiegelt werden. Das ist ein eindringendes Rostschutzmittel, das eine Schutzschicht gegen Rost bildet. Owatrol schützt die Wand und verhindert, dass der Cortenstahl abfärbt.

· Während des Rostvorgangs kann sich Rostwasser vom Produkt lösen.

· Cortenstahl sollte nicht ständiger Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt sein.

· Reinigen Sie das Produkt jährlich, indem Sie grobe Verschmutzungen mit Leitungswasser abspritzen.

· Wir raten davon ab, Cortenstahl in einem Umkreis von 2 km zur Küste zu verwenden.

  • ACHTUNG: Bei Produkten, die aufgrund der Länge nicht über die hintere Ladebordwand des LKWs entladen werden können, muss der Kunde die Palette bei Anlieferung selbstständig mit einem eigenen Gabelstapler über die Seitenwand des LKWs entladen!

The strong Corten steel wall, designed in a warm color, is a perfect addition to any garden. The wall creates a little more structure. Be sure to anchor the wall to the ground.

The color of the material is orange-brown and gives the wall a warm and powerful look. This color is caused by a natural layer of rust. Another name for Corten steel is weatherproof steel: weather conditions have a positive influence on this wall.

Corten steel is a metal alloy consisting of iron to which copper, phosphorus, silicon, nickel and chromium are added. When the material is exposed to outside air, it becomes covered with a protective layer of rust over time. This natural rust layer provides protection against further corrosion. This means the wall has a long service life.

Important instructions:

  • Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to prevent moisture from collecting between the packaging and the product. This can lead to uneven rust spots.
  • Make sure the wall is firmly secured in or on the substrate. The walls have a circumferential edge of approx. 5 cm on both sides on the underside for attachment to a solid surface.
  • The products come without a layer of rust. The rusting process on Corten steel takes around 4-5 months depending on the weather conditions.
  • T he rust layer can be sealed by applying Owatrol. This is a penetrating rust inhibitor that forms a protective layer against rust. Owatrol protects the wall and prevents the Corten steel from staining.
  • During the rusting process, rust water can come off the product.
  • Carbon steel should not be exposed to constant moisture.
  • Clean the product annually by hosing off any coarse dirt with tap water.
  • We do not recommend using Corten steel within 2km of the coast.

For products that cannot be unloaded via the rear tail lift of the truck due to their length, the customer must unload the pallet over the side of the truck using their own forklift upon delivery!
