It was designed by Eugeni Quitllet for Vondom, the manufacturer from Valencia. Offered here is a display model from the studio in Rostock: a set of two chairs in black. The seat, backrest, and armrests form a continuous shell. Vondom manufactures them using the gas injection process from polypropylene with glass fiber, in one piece and without screw connections. The weight is around 8 kg per chair. The manufacturer rates the chair for indoor and outdoor use; it is cleaned with water and mild cleaner.
