Plastic components are made using rotational moulding with polyethylene or injection moulding with glass-reinforced polypropylene, while aluminium frames feature a baked-on epoxy coating; Vondom also works with ash, iroko and teak, HPL and concrete. The collections have been designed by Karim Rashid, Ross Lovegrove and Eugeni Quitllet.
