The wrought iron furniture of the Aurora collection is hot-dip galvanized. This process gives the product very high resistance and weather resistance. During hot-dip galvanizing, the zinc coating on the steel forms an iron-zinc alloy that adheres firmly to the steel. In some places, very small bubbles or depressions may be visible on the furniture, which are by no means a defect but an unmistakable sign of the high quality of the hand-forged iron elements and the hot-dip galvanizing.
