Beschreibung
The Lilly collection, designed by Democràcia Estudio for Diabla Outdoor, is inspired by the figure of Bauhaus designer Lilly Reich and consists of comfortable, cast-iron and simple outdoor furniture. "Lilly's forms resemble many of the processes used by Lilly Reich, such as the curves of the metal and the sinuous lines that draw each element. If we follow its external structure, we see a meandering figure that neither begins nor ends," comment on its creators.
The Lilly lounge chair is a modular designer furniture that starts from a simple model made of square foam blocks surrounded by a tubular structure made of structured, powder-coated steel. The backrest and seat, with their geometric design, are removable thanks to a system of hidden zips and covered in a resistant, water-repellent fabric. Lilly is a designer armchair that was designed to last beyond trends and clichés.
