·Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to prevent moisture from accumulating between the packaging and the product, which can cause uneven staining.

·The water elements should be placed on a solid, level surface.

·The pH value of the water should be neutral (7) so that the material is not attacked.

·The pump can become clogged if green waste gets into the water table. They are easy to open and clean. After cleaning the fountains, also check the pump for blockages. If necessary, a filter can be placed between the pump and the fountain.

·Clean the outside of the pond annually by spraying off the dirt with clean tap water and then treating it with a cleaning agent. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner and/or scouring pad. This will damage the coating.

·Limescale deposits can be removed with the ADEZZ Descaler BIO.

·Always unplug the appliance when it is freezing.

·Lower the water level to below the overflow pipe. This is about 10 cm below the edge. Attention! The pump must be submerged.

·We recommend an ice-preventing device (available in any garden center or hardware store).

·The pump can remain in the water if the above conditions are met. Of course, you can also take the pump out of the water and leave it in a frost-free place over the winter.
