Beschreibung

Nach der Herstellung des Aluminium-Pflanzgefäßes wird dieses einer Reihe von Nachbehandlungen unterzogen. Das Material wird aufgeraut, damit die Pulverbeschichtung besser haftet. Diese Pulverbeschichtung ist in verschiedenen Farben erhältlich und wird mit einer stark haftenden Grundierung aufgetragen. Zum Schluss wird das Pflanzgefäß mit einer harten Deckschicht versehen. Dadurch ist das Pflanzgefäß CARREZ Aluminium kratzfest.

Das Pflanzgefäß CARREZ Aluminium verleiht dem Garten ein zeitloses Aussehen. Das Pflanzgefäß ist korrosionsbeständig und standardmäßig nicht wasserdicht. Darüber hinaus ist das Aluminium sehr leicht. Metallic-Pulverbeschichtung ist eine Beschichtungsart, bei der metallic flames verwendet werden, um eine glänzende, reflektierende Oberfläche zu erzeugen. Unsere Vintage-Metallic-Linie hat eine leicht gesprenkelte Pulverbeschichtung. Die metallic flames bestehen aus Metallplättchen, wie Kupfer, Bronze oder Gold. Die Flocken werden mit der Pulverbeschichtung vermischt und dann auf das Produkt aufgetragen. Dazu wird die Oberfläche erhitzt, um das Pulver zu schmelzen und eine haltbare, langlebige Oberfläche zu schaffen. Dies macht die Beschichtung widerstandsfähig gegen verschiedene Witterungsbedingungen.

· Die Produkte sollten sofort nach Erhalt ausgepackt werden, damit sich keine Feuchtigkeit zwischen der Verpackung und dem Produkt sammelt. Das kann zu schwer zu entfernenden Flecken führen.

· Halten Sie die Entwässerungslöcher frei, damit überschüssiges Wasser abfließen kann.

· Reinigen Sie das Pflanzgefäß jährlich, indem Sie den Schmutz mit sauberem Leitungswasser abspritzen und mit einem Reinigungsmittel nachbehandeln. Verwenden Sie dazu keinen Hochdruckreiniger und/oder Scheuerschwamm. Das greift die Beschichtung an. 

  • Bepflanzungstipps:

· Stecken Sie die Überlaufrohre in die dafür vorbereiteten Entwässerungslöcher. 

· Füllen Sie das Gefäß mit etwa 10 cm Drainagematerial. 

· Legen Sie ein durchlässiges Anti-Wurzel-Tuch darüber. 

· Tragen Sie darauf die für Ihre Art der Bepflanzung geeignete Erde auf. 

· Halten Sie die Entwässerung frei, damit überschüssiges Wasser abfließen kann.

Metallic powder coating is a type of coating that uses metallic flames to create a shiny, reflective surface. Our Vintage Metallic line has a lightly speckled powder coat finish. The metallic flames consist of metal plates such as copper, bronze or gold. The flakes are mixed with the powder coating and then applied to the product. This involves heating the surface to melt the powder and create a durable, long-lasting surface. This makes the coating resistant to various weather conditions.

Important instructions:

  • Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to prevent moisture from collecting between the packaging and the product. This can result in stains that are difficult to remove.
  • Keep drainage holes clear so excess water can drain away.
  • Clean the planter annually by hosing off the dirt with clean tap water and treating with a cleaning agent. Do not use a high-pressure cleaner and/or scouring pad. This attacks the coating.

Planting tips:

  • Insert the overflow pipes into the drainage holes prepared for them.
  • Fill the container with about 10 cm of drainage material.
  • Place a permeable anti-root cloth over it.
  • Apply the soil suitable for your type of planting.
  • Keep drainage clear to allow excess water to flow away.
