The Unopiù Luce dining table 65×65 cm is a square garden table in aluminium with a tabletop in either aluminium or porcelain stoneware from the Luce collection. It is made by Unopiù, an Italian manufacturer that has been developing outdoor furniture since 1978. At 65 cm wide, 65 cm deep and 75 cm high, the dining table has classic dining-table height and seats two to four people. It is the smallest square format in the series, intended for the balcony, the small terrace and the narrow loggia.

The frame is made of aluminium tubular profile. Aluminium is among the most dependable materials for terrace furniture: it does not corrode, keeps its shape for years and can be cleaned with a damp cloth. The real decision concerns the tabletop. With the aluminium top, the table weighs 15.6 kg: a smooth, even surface and the pragmatic choice if the table is moved often or put away over winter. The porcelain stoneware top brings it to 19.5 kg. Its dense mineral surface takes hot pots and stains in its stride and gives the small format more stability when someone leans on it while standing up. Both tops are available in White and in Graphite Grey, as is the frame — there is no colour restriction on Luce, and every combination of frame and top colour is possible. The dining table is delivered in two packages.

As designer garden furniture, the Luce dining table stays understated: slender profiles, a precisely square footprint, clean edges. That is exactly why it works where high-quality garden furniture should not dominate the space — on the balcony, the roof terrace, in the pool area, on the hotel terrace and in gastronomy, where several small tables form a calm grid.
