Atelier Vierkant shapes its vessels by hand in Belgium. This collection brings together the models, sizes, and colors currently in the manufacturer's warehouse and therefore do not need to be made first.

Delivery time from the manufacturer's warehouse

A vessel that is specially commissioned undergoes forming, drying, and firing; we will confirm the exact date with the order. What is listed here is already fired in the warehouse and will leave the Belgian manufacturer's warehouse within a few days. For projects with a fixed deadline, this is the crucial difference.

Frost-resistant, outdoors all year round – with one exception

The clay is fired at a high temperature and is frost-resistant. The vessels can remain outside in winter; they do not need winter quarters or a protective cover. The only important thing is a free drainage hole so that no standing water collects in the vessel.

One series is excluded: according to the manufacturer, SYD is not suitable for outdoor use in frost because there is a second bowl inside. Place this vessel in a frost-free location before the first frost. All other series – including the SY without an inner bowl – remain outside.

For the shallow bowls PB, SR, and SRD, order the vessel with a drainage hole and place it on the supplied rubber feet so that no water collects in it. This is expressly stated on the respective product pages.

Each vessel is unique

Forming, finishing, and firing are done by hand. Color gradients, texture, and dimensions vary from piece to piece, even within the same series. These variations are inherent to the material and cannot be reproduced — two vessels of the same size and color are never identical.

Current stock status

The manufacturer's inventory list is updated every night. Vessels that have been sold leave this collection; newly arrived sizes and colors are added. If a desired combination is not found here, it can still be commissioned — it will then be specially made and we will confirm the date with the order.
